1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between the BINGETRAX operator and the person who browses the commercial website, submits a trial request, places an order or uses delivered account access.

By completing any of those actions, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant Terms and policies and are legally able to enter the transaction in your jurisdiction.

If you act for a company, household member or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party and provide the required contact information.

2. Service description

BINGETRAX provides electronically delivered account access, plan information, compatible-device guidance and customer support within the scope described on the website.

Access is selected by duration and the number of permitted simultaneous connections. Content categories, schedules, guide information, technical routes and third-party application interfaces can change during a plan.

No statement should be interpreted as a guarantee that every title, category, event, language, application, device or quality level will always be available.

Internet-delivered services depend on networks, infrastructure, devices and software that are not all controlled by BINGETRAX.

3. Plans, duration and connections

The plan begins according to the activation information delivered with the order, not necessarily when you first decide to use it.

Duration may be one, three, six or twelve months, or another period expressly shown at checkout.

A connection means one permitted active stream at a time. Installing a compatible player on several devices does not increase simultaneous-use rights.

You must select a connection count that matches your intended normal use. Attempts to exceed the purchased limit may interrupt sessions or trigger technical safeguards.

Pricing can differ by duration and connection combination. The total displayed in the final order summary controls the proposed transaction, subject to the correction of an obvious technical error before activation.

4. Trials

A trial is a limited compatibility test. It is not a promise of permanent access or an entitlement to repeated free use.

Trial availability, duration, connection limit and available categories may be restricted. Prepare a compatible application before trial access is delivered and use the stated testing period efficiently.

One trial may be allowed per person or household unless support confirms otherwise.

Duplicate identities, resale, public sharing, automated requests, credential distribution or attempts to extend temporary access may result in immediate termination and refusal of later trials.

5. Orders and payment

You are responsible for reviewing the plan duration, simultaneous connections, total price, currency, delivery details and refund conditions before payment.

Provide accurate customer information and use only a payment method that you are authorized to use.

A submitted payment may remain subject to provider authorization, fraud review and order acceptance.

BINGETRAX may reject, cancel or request verification for an order affected by suspected fraud, duplicate payment, pricing error, unauthorized payment method, technical mismatch or policy abuse.

If an order is rejected after payment has been captured and no service is delivered, the appropriate cancellation or refund process will be initiated, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

6. Electronic delivery and activation

Delivery is made electronically to the email address, phone number or messaging channel supplied during checkout.

You must maintain access to that channel and check filtered or spam folders. Delivery timing can vary depending on payment confirmation, manual review, time zone and message volume.

Do not create repeated orders solely because a confirmation page or delivery message is delayed.

Activation information is confidential. Store it securely and enter it only into a compatible player obtained from a trusted source.

An incorrect email address or unreachable phone number can delay delivery and may require reasonable verification before details are issued again.

7. Account and credential responsibility

You are responsible for activity performed with the credentials delivered to you and for keeping those credentials private.

Do not publish, resell, sublicense, trade, lease, transfer or share access outside the permitted personal or household scope.

Do not enter credentials into unknown websites, modified applications or public credential-checking tools.

Report a suspected compromise promptly. BINGETRAX may reset credentials, limit sessions, require verification or suspend access to protect the account and service.

Repeated compromise caused by public sharing, unauthorized distribution or prohibited resale may not qualify for replacement or refund.

8. Acceptable use

You must use the website, support service and delivered account access lawfully and in accordance with the plan you selected.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Unauthorized resale or public redistribution.
  • Credential scraping or automated account testing.
  • Attempting to bypass connection limits.
  • Interfering with website or service infrastructure.
  • Using unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods.
  • Making knowingly false payment or chargeback claims.
  • Impersonating another person or customer.
  • Distributing harmful software through support channels.
  • Harassing support personnel.
  • Attempting to obtain service without payment.

You may not use BINGETRAX to violate applicable intellectual-property, privacy, computer-misuse, export, sanctions or consumer laws.

9. Third-party devices and applications

Compatible players, app stores, device manufacturers, operating systems, internet providers, VPN providers, banks and payment processors are independent third parties.

Their availability, interfaces, prices, policies and performance may change without BINGETRAX control.

A third-party application fee is separate from the BINGETRAX plan unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Use official application stores or official developer sources. BINGETRAX does not require you to disable device security protections, disclose one-time codes or install modified applications from unknown sources.

Support may provide general compatibility guidance but cannot guarantee the continued operation of every third-party product.

10. Availability and maintenance

Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service and support, but continuous, error-free or permanently unchanged availability is not guaranteed.

Planned maintenance, emergency security work, internet routing, upstream changes, device faults, application updates, power interruptions, regional restrictions and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

When a problem occurs, provide support with the device, player, connection type, exact error and approximate time of the issue.

11. Support scope

Support may assist with:

  • Order identification.
  • Delivered account credentials.
  • Compatible login methods.
  • General device and application setup.
  • Category and playlist refreshes.
  • Common playback troubleshooting.

Support does not repair customer devices, manage internet-provider accounts, control third-party app-store listings, guarantee independent software, recover unrelated passwords or authorize actions for banks.

Support requests must remain accurate and respectful. Repeated abusive messages, threats, false payment claims or attempts to bypass security requirements may lead to restricted communication or account suspension.

12. Refunds and chargebacks

Refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

Contact support first with the order reference, activation date, reason for the request and troubleshooting already completed.

A payment dispute or chargeback should not be used as a replacement for reporting a correctable delivery, application or setup problem.

Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may result in account termination and submission of relevant records to the payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a lawful payment dispute or consumer remedy.

13. Intellectual property

The BINGETRAX name, original website design, written guides, graphics and website code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view website pages and retain an order confirmation for personal use.

You may not copy substantial website content, remove legal notices, present the BINGETRAX brand as your own, create misleading domains or use the website materials to operate a fraudulent service.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their mention for compatibility or identification does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement.

14. Suspension and termination

BINGETRAX may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, credential sharing, unauthorized resale, excessive simultaneous connections, security threats, unlawful use, support abuse or a material breach of these Terms.

When practical and appropriate, the customer may be given an opportunity to correct an accidental issue.

You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not automatically create a refund outside the Refund Policy or mandatory consumer law.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, guidance and service are provided on an “as available” basis.

BINGETRAX does not guarantee uninterrupted internet routes, the continued availability of every third-party application, compatibility with every device, complete program-guide data or permanently unchanged categories.

No support message creates a warranty beyond an express written commitment.

These disclaimers do not exclude guarantees, remedies or duties that applicable law does not permit a business to exclude.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BINGETRAX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party applications, device failure, internet interruption, unauthorized credential sharing, lost opportunities or information not entrusted for an agreed purpose.

Any direct liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law and assessed in relation to the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or another category that cannot legally be limited.

17. Changes to the Terms or service

These Terms may be updated for legal, security, technical or operational reasons. The current update date appears on this page.

Material changes may receive additional notice where required. An update does not remove rights already obtained under mandatory law.

Continued use after an effective change indicates acceptance where that method is legally valid.

18. Governing rules and disputes

The agreement is governed by the law applicable to the BINGETRAX operator and transaction without removing mandatory protections provided by the customer’s place of residence where those protections apply.

Before formal proceedings, contact support with a clear description of the issue and the requested outcome so the matter can be reviewed.

A competent court or legally authorized dispute-resolution body retains the authority provided by applicable law.

19. General provisions

If one provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver of that provision.

You may not assign or transfer an account or agreement without permission.

BINGETRAX may transfer operational rights and responsibilities as part of a legitimate business reorganization, subject to applicable notice and privacy requirements.

20. Contact

Use the official BINGETRAX Contact page for pre-sale questions, order support, legal notices or account issues.

Include the relevant order reference when available. Do not send full payment-card information, security codes, banking passwords or one-time verification codes.

Terms FAQ

Important points before checkout

What is a simultaneous connection?

It means one active stream at a time. Installing a player on several compatible devices does not allow them all to stream concurrently unless the purchased connection count covers that use.

Are third-party player fees included?

Not unless checkout expressly says so. An app store or independent player developer may charge separately under its own terms.

Can categories and availability change?

Yes. Availability, guide data, schedules and technical routes may change. No specific item is promised as permanently available.

What happens if credentials are shared publicly?

Access may be reset, restricted, suspended or terminated to protect the account and service. Public sharing or unauthorized resale may also affect refund eligibility.

Understand the plan before payment.

Review the simultaneous connections, duration, total price, device compatibility and refund rules. Continue only when every part of the order matches your intended use.
